1. Information on the purchase price of the Goods provided on the Store's website is mandatory from the moment of receipt of the Customer's order confirmation for the selected goods.
2. All prices indicated in the Online Store are given in EURO. In any case, the prices are gross prices including VAT.
3. The Seller provides the following payment methods:
- bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (so-called "manual payment"): BE48 9052 0368 2627. The bank account number is also indicated in the confirmation sent to the Customer's email address.
- credit card.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of the Goods, introduce new goods, cancel promotions in the Online Store or make changes in accordance with the norms of the Civil Code and other laws; however, such changes do not affect the rights of persons who have concluded purchase and sale agreements for Goods offered by the Online Store to the said changes, or the rights of persons who are entitled to benefit from a promotional campaign, in accordance with its principles and duration.
5. The Seller has the right to update the price and hold promotions or special sales for selected Goods. This right does not affect orders placed by Customers prior to the said activity.
6. The Customer is obliged to pay for the Goods within 3 days from the moment of conclusion of the contract, i.e. receipt of confirmation by e-mail. In case of failure to pay within the specified period, the purchase and sale agreement is terminated. To purchase the Goods, it is necessary to re-place the order in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
