You have 14 days to return it from the date of delivery. Please notify us by email of your wish to return the product, then send it back without any traces of use with proof of purchase in the original packaging.
To the following address (personal returns are not possible, we only accept courier/postal shipments):
Špitálska 2203/53, 811 08 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Slovakia.
- Pack the product carefully so that it is not damaged during transport.
- Place the product in the cotton bag included in the order.
- Leave the original filler inside the bag.
- If the product was protected with foam foil, be sure to use it to protect the leather from damage during transport.
- Make sure that protruding elements such as handles, straps, pendants are positioned so that they do not crumple on the leather of the bag. If the model allows, place them inside the bag.
- Be sure to include a form with the order number and your name so that we can identify your return.
IMPORTANT:
If the Customer refuses the Goods without a valid reason within 14 days (the Goods arrived in good condition and intact packaging), the cost of the Goods will be refunded in full, excluding the costs of delivering the Goods.
